2️⃣ Stage 2 – Game Design Challenge 48h (Entry Test - Online) (April 5-6, 2025)
Test your game knowledge & develop a new game idea.
3️⃣ Stage 3 – Workshop & Idea Presentation (April 12, 2025)
Present your idea to Game Designer mentors & the Product Team.
4️⃣ Onboarding & Training (1.5 - 2 months) – 3 Phases
Work on real game projects alongside the Sonat Game team.
Develop products with scalability & optimization potential.

✔ Learn about market research and game design thinking.

✔ Propose 3-5 game ideas per person for product development.
🎯 Phase 2: Playable Ads Execution (Next 2 Weeks)
✔ Turn ideas into real Playable Ads.
✔ Understand and practice the game development process while optimizing products.
✔ Ensure Playable Ads meet the quality standards for scalable UA campaigns.
🔥 Phase 3: Prototype & Performance (Next 2-3 Weeks)
✔ Work directly with the Product Team to build a game prototype.
✔ Track & optimize key performance metrics (Retention Rate, Time Played).
✔ Analyze real data to refine and develop a complete game product.
