Throughout the fiery 8-hour journey fueled by "PASSION," the determination to "FIGHT TOGETHER," and a thrilling 15 km uphill cycling challenge where "NO ONE WAS LEFT BEHIND," all Sonaters pushed their limits, igniting a path to step out of their comfort zones together.
At 4:30 PM on April 12, the Sonat family traveled together to Flamingo Đai Lai, spending a restful night at the resort to recharge before embarking on the teambuilding journey the following morning.
Following a refreshing breakfast at Poem Restaurant, the team assembled at the meeting point, ready to embark on this exciting spring teambuilding adventure.
The leadership team and captains of the six teams joined together to press the button, officially kicking off the program.In Chapter I, titled "Ready to Break Through," all team members faced their first formidable challenge. The six teams worked together to scale a 3-meter-high wall, and only after successfully overcoming it did they receive a secret clue revealing the location of their bicycles.
Once the secret clue was solved and the team bicycles retrieved, all six teams embarked on a thrilling 5km ride to My Retreat Đai Lai, ready to take on the next set of challenging adventures.

In Chapter III - "Survival," the teams worked together to solve a riddle, received their next set of tasks, and overcame a series of challenges, such as fishing, harvesting designated vegetables, and catching chickens. Each task required collaboration, skill, endurance, knowledge, and intelligence from the team members.

Despite facing some obstacles along the way, the teams remained united, with their teammates always by their side.In Chapter IV - “Passion”, the teams worked together to conquer the challenge of crossing the lake on floating rafts to retrieve their team’s treasure. After securing their treasures, the teams paddled back to shore and exchanged their treasures for puzzle pieces containing a message. With the pieces in hand, they quickly mounted their bikes and raced back to Flamingo Đại Lải.

The message puzzle was completed by all 6 teams.After all the challenges, Mr. Tran Tho - CEO of Sonat, shared his thoughts on the importance of physical health, teamwork, and passion through this teambuilding journey.
And finally, the moment everyone had been eagerly awaiting: the teams celebrated their victories together, enjoying a feast and reliving the highs and heartfelt emotions as the awards were presented.
