2. REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (IT sales, Business Development, or Account Manager) with business clients
- Post Graduate or Senior Student that can work fulltime
- Have passion and research about the Mobile Game industry
- Having wide networks in the Application Development industry is a huge advantage
- Have general knowledge of the Game market as well as grasp well the trends of digital partners
Skill:
- Strong market research skill
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management
- Strong time and task management; can work individually or with a team
- Strong listening and questioning skills, outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+)
Attitude:
- Responsible, hardworking, and proactive

3. YOUR MISSIONS:
- Market & Prospect research: Looking for partners who are Application development teams/companies in demand of commercializing their products or technology
- Meet & consult with prospective partners to provide solutions and propose partnership opportunities
- Be a partner with internal cross-functional team members to situate the partners for success and drive partners’ growth
- Act as a project coordinator between Sonat and partners, ensuring information transparency and cooperation to keep a high retention rate
- Analyze the performance of existing partners and propose solutions
- Be alerted to the latest industry trends in mobile games and initiate new ideas to cope with the changes
- Take part in external and internal events to promote the company image
- Other missions related to business development.
