Job Description

As an HR Leader/Manager, you’re at the heart of shaping company culture and driving business success through people, aligning human resource initiatives with business goals, ensuring that employees are motivated, supported, and aligned with the company’s vision.

You focus on nurturing a work environment where people feel valued, supported, and connected to the organization’s purpose. Your role is about fostering belonging, promoting well-being, and guiding teams to align with shared values.

A. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Leadership & Culture Building

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Drive engagement, change management, and employee experience programs.

- Use HR data to forecast needs, close talent gaps, and boost performance.

2. End-to-End People Operations

- Lead full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development, retention.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and support a healthy work culture.

- Handle conflict resolution and foster collaboration across teams.

3. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

- Source and attract top talent via job boards, networking, and creative campaigns.

- Strengthen employer brand and craft exceptional candidate experiences.

- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruitment practices.

4. Learning & Development

- Identify training needs and design impactful programs.

- Support leadership development and continuous learning culture.

- Leverage tech-enabled learning tools for maximum engagement.

5. HR Operations & Communication

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.

- Coordinate recruitment logistics, respond to employee queries, and drive events.

- Be a trusted HR point of contact across the organization.

 

B. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant international HR certifications.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and people management, with a track record of driving employee engagement and cultivating a positive work culture.

- Proven experience in leading HR teams or managing HR departments for at least 2 years, with an emphasis on nurturing a collaborative, inclusive environment.

- In-depth understanding of shaping and promoting company culture, from developing organizational structures to enhancing internal communication strategies that resonate with employees at every level.

- Expertise in employer branding, with experience in crafting initiatives that attract top talent and align employee perception with the company’s values and mission.

- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and retention strategies that align with long-term business goals.

- Solid grasp of labor compliance, corporate finance, and legal regulations impacting HR functions.

- Familiarity with the IT and Gaming industries is an advantage, particularly in crafting culture and engagement strategies tailored to these dynamic sectors.

- Proactive Work Optimization: Ability to maintain a broad perspective on HR operations, proactively streamlining workflows and improving overall efficiency.
