2. RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources & Administration (60%)

  • Personnel Administration: Manage and maintain employee records, including labor contracts, employee handbooks, performance evaluations, etc.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Support new employee onboarding (prepare contracts, documents, orientation sessions) and offboarding (collect assets, documents, conduct exit interviews).
  • Time & Leave Management: Monitor attendance and leave requests to ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rate, attendance, leave balance, etc.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in communicating and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and programs across the company.
  • Employee Data Management: Update and maintain accurate and confidential employee information in the HRIS system.
  • Employee Experience: Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience throughout their lifecycle at the company (from entry to exit).
  • Procurement & Logistics: Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment, track orders, and coordinate with vendors.

Internal Communication (40%)

  • Support internal communication activities through internal emails, announcements, and policy updates.
  • Coordinate and co-create concepts for internal HR events such as training sessions, workshops, team-building activities, Women’s Day (March 8), and more.
3. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Preferred: Experience in the IT or Gaming industry.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Canva or presentation design tools is a plus.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
