As an AI Engineer in the Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models to personalize user experience and optimize business performance across our mobile games and applications. You will work closely with Product, Data, BI, and Engineering teams to bring practical AI solutions into our daily operations and product development.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business needs and develop AI/ML models for operations, user behavior analysis, content classification, trend prediction, and more
• Design and deploy internal AI-powered tools: data tracking, automation, chatbots, NLP...
• Collaborate closely with relevant teams (Game Design, Marketing, Product, UA…) to develop AI solutions tailored to specific goals
• Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate new models and algorithms
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, continuously propose improvements
• Work with Data Engineers to ensure high-quality training data
• Stay up-to-date and apply the latest technologies in AI/ML/LLM

3. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or production-level Machine Learning systems
• Solid understanding of applied ML/AI algorithms: classification, clustering, recommendation, NLP…
• Preferred: experience applying AI in real-world products (especially mobile games or apps)

Skills

• Proficient in Python and data processing libraries: Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy...
• Experienced with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face
• Able to deploy models on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerize using Docker/Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, causal inference, and real-world model evaluation
• Capable of building and maintaining ML pipelines for specific business cases (e.g. user behavior, content scoring, automation)
• Experience in Recommendation Systems, LTV prediction, Churn prediction, User Segmentation is a huge plus
• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and model performance optimization skills
• Able to document, report, and clearly communicate analytical results
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with modern AI/ML tech such as:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs): GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Gemma...
  • Fine-tuning techniques: LoRA, QLoRA
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Langchain, API toolkits, chatbot frameworks
  • Platforms like Vertex AI, SageMaker, or MLOps systems
