2. JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and clarify requirements from stakeholders (PO, GD, Dev, DA, UA, MO, HR, BI, BOD, etc.).
• Standardize requirements into business and system documentation (BRD, SRS, flows, rules).
• Design business flows, system flows, processing logic, and specific business conditions.
• Work closely with Dev/BI teams during implementation to ensure solutions are built accurately according to requirements.
• Support business testing (UAT), system acceptance, and handover to operations.
• Propose process improvements to reduce risks and enhance operational efficiency through IT systems.

Project Scope

• BI systems & analytical reporting for Product – LiveOps / OpsChain / Automation for App/Game products
• Internal operation systems (HR, Care, Ops)
• Business analytics systems serving the Marketing team

3. REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration from top-tier universities
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role – experience participating in system development projects in at least 1 of 3 domains (HR, Business, Product)
• Experience in developing functional requirement documents and process documentation

Skills

• Strong communication skills across all four areas (Listening / Speaking / Reading / Writing)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and development teams
• Strong skills in writing and developing functional requirement documents and process documentation
• Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel)
• Strong logical thinking with the ability to analyze and optimize complex business processes
• Proficient in Business Process, Wireframe, and Mockup tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, or similar tools
• Data analysis skills; proficient in Power BI, SQL, and Python
