The Data Analyst in the HR domain will support the HR team by analyzing and interpreting data related to our workforce. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of data analysis, strong analytical skills, and a keen interest in human resources. This role involves working closely with HR professionals to provide insights that will help improve our HR strategies and processes.

2. REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar.
Skill:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

3. YOUR MISSIONS:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various HR systems and databases.
- Help develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct basic analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support data-driven recommendations to HR leadership to assist strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR team members to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports (work with vendor)
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by following established data quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial analytics.
