2. REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in benefits and policy management.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to benefits.
- Solid grasp of HR management principles and procedures.
Skill:
- Strong communication and advisory skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. YOUR MISSIONS:
1. Manage and Implement Benefits Policies:
- Develop and update employee benefits policies (insurance, healthcare, leave, bonuses, social benefits, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with current laws and alignment with the company’s development strategy.
- Execute and monitor benefits programs to ensure employees receive their entitled benefits.
2. Advise and Support Employees:
- Provide advice and resolve employee inquiries regarding benefits policies.
- Assist employees with procedures to access their benefits.
- Address issues related to employee benefits.
3. Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and update information on the utilization of benefits policies by employees.
- Prepare periodic reports on the effectiveness and costs of benefits programs.
- Propose improvements to enhance the quality of benefits policies based on employee feedback and data analysis.
4. Collaborate with Related Departments:
- Coordinate with the HR department to update and implement benefits policies.
- Work with other departments to organize programs and events to improve employee benefits.
- Liaise with partners and service providers (insurance, healthcare, etc.) to ensure quality service.
5. Labor relations and personnel procedures
- Manage, update and track personnel records and data.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on personnel fluctuations
- Carry out procedures for receiving personnel, mobilizing personnel, terminating labor contracts...
- Sign probationary contracts, labor contracts and monitor labor contract renewals for employees
