2. REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge:
- Gender: Female
- Age: 1999-1995
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably preferably in marketing.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Entertainment Industry IT Field.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Have knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
Skill:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in GG Workplace (Calendar, Docs, Sheet,...) and Design tool (Canva, PPT)
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

3. YOUR MISSIONS:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Assistant in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sub teams to establish and execute long-term operation plans.
2. Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare reports for the CMO.
- Stay updated on industry news and competitor activities.
3. Digital Marketing Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
4, Content Creation and Management:
- Assist in creating and curating content for various digital channels
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all digital marketing materials.
5, Social Media Management:
- Help manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Track and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
6, Website and SEO Management:
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
7, Analytics and Reporting:
- Use digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the CMO, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve digital marketing strategies.
8, Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather information and resources for projects.
9, General Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized files and records for the marketing department.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory for the marketing team.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the CMO.
